Delia Crump “Maw” Taylor, 91, died Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at Maysville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born on Sept. 15, 1917, to the late Lee Washington and Hattie Lee Blanton Crump. She was a member of Tilton Christian Church in Flemingsburg. She is survived by her children, Donald Taylor of Lexington, Dorothy (Jack) Broughman of Elgin, S.C., Evelyn (Louie) King of Brooksville, Joyce (Larry) Foxworthy of Flemingsburg, Shirley (Jim) Robinson of Brooksville, Thomas (Sylvia) Taylor of Gonzellis, Texas, Danny (Beverly) Taylor of Springhill, Tenn. and Jennifer Taylor of Columbia, S.C.; 17 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Wanda Gilmore.
Services were Friday, April 24, 2009, at Moore and Parker Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Neave Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Hope 909 Kenton Station Dr., Maysville, Ky. 41056.
