Lula Mae White Davis, 76, of East Elm Street, Flemingsburg, passed away Friday, July 15, 2016, at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born July 4, 1940, in Morehead on the North Fork of Triplett Creek, a daughter of the late Sanford and Naomi Jones White. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Davis. Lula Mae is survived by three brothers, Floyd White of Kennewick, Washington, James White of Morehead, and Daniel White of Mt. Sterling; numerous nephews and nieces; extended family; and friends. She was a retired homemaker and dedicated missionary for the Navajo Tribe near Mesa, Arizona. She loved people and touched many lives with her musical skills. Lula Mae was a pianist and artist and enjoyed sharing these special talents with family and friends. She attended various churches in Rowan and Fleming counties. A memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 22, 2016, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Cecil Ison and Rev. James Hickerson officiating.
