Grant Caudill, 78, died July 24, 1985 in Cable, OH., following an extended illness. Mr. Caudill was born July 13, 1907, in Johnson County, a son of Jessie and Mary Fairchilds Caudill. He was a member of the United Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Angieline Jayne Caudill; five daughters, Annalee Hildreth, Urbana, OH., Ruby Caudill and Joan Brugh of Cable, OH., Mary Thompson of Picqua, OH., and Beulah Logel of Listowell,Ontario; a step-daughter, Mable Blanton of Paintsville; and a brother and sister, George Caudill of Cable, OH., and Mae Oliver of Cardington, OH. Funeral services were held July 27 in Fish Trap United Baptist Church with Sturgill McCarty and Lonza Reed officiating. Burial was in Jayne Family Cemetery at Staffordsville with Jones-Preston Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
